We recommend that all our customers have an Insurance Policy in place and maintain cover for the duration of their stay. we understand that some customers will be insured through their household insurance and we will require a copy of the policy before storing with us. A business customer (someone who is acting in a business or trade capacity) should also be insured. Taking out an insurance policy is a standard procedure for all self storage companies.

If you do not have an Insurance Policy we can arrange this for you at a small cost. The policy covers you for fire, water damage, theft, flood, lightning, malicious damage and impact by vehicles or aircraft etc.

Our policy is limited to £25,000 per customer. However we can extend it with our insurers as required. it has been done before and can be arranged on request.
